"This is the second time that I have reported as Ombudsman for Estate Agents although really only the first time I will be writing about my own experience as Ombudsman. My previous annual report for 2006 largely reflected the work of my predecessor and my input then was to look ahead at the likely developments that would have implications for the scheme in 2007."
